What a wonderful surprise!!!! Opening a bottle of lachouffebok brings back wonderful memories of the Netherlands and Europe. Being South-African, a woman and mother, we were surprised by my daughter Melanie and her husband Robbert-Jan. They live in Vught in the Netherlands. I turned 60 and they just showed up!!! They brought me 4 bottles of lachouffebok. Being summer in SA (it is so warm and beautiful in summertime) I just opened a bottle of chilled lachouffebok ………and back came all the memories of lovely people and beautiful summers in Europe.
