BARRINGTON YULE FUEL
Easygoing wintry barleywine retains soft-toned dewy chocolate spicing and almond-pasted chestnut and pecan sweetness as well as tertiary fig-cherry-plum sedation. Subtle marzipan, vanilla cream, caramel latte and chocolate mousse illusions add further luster.
BARRINGTON BLACK BEAR STOUT
Black patent malt bittering seeps into creamy dark chocolate resilience, walnut charred chicory coffee roast and singed wood tinge of richly dark roasted milk stout.
BARRINGTON HOP BROOK N.E. IPA
Soft-toned stylistic departure (with puffy white head and hazy amber body) relies on lager-like cereal graining more than specific orange-spiced grapefruit alacrity and dry wood tones. Mild vanilla creaming contrasts earthen vegetal tinge beneath the surface while tart tangerine, sweet nectarine and neutral mandarin orange undertones flutter.
