Snazzy praline, honeyed granola, spice cake and lemon coconut almond cake illusions hover thru nutty cereal graining.
Ultra-dry limey curuba brining gains yuzu-like lemon pith bittering plus acidic cat urine-stained ammonia solvency. Spritzy lemon lime souring picks up latent white peach, passionfruit, crabapple and pomegranate tartness. Sour heads prevail.
Soft-tongued ‘chocolate caramels’ confection needs richer creaminess and less phenolic hop astringency as lactose-aided bittersweet chocolate fudging, subtle vanilla sugaring and wispy buttercream frosting never broaden the semi-sweet base.
