On tap at Ambulance, herbal citrus-spiced Nugget hops provide mildly bitter resonance for slightly acidic medium body. Floral-wafted pineapple, peach, tangerine and mandarin orange tang stays subtle alongside refreshing evergreen nip.
On tap at Ambulance, smoothly resilient Mosaic-hopped IPA retains dry mouthfeel as dewy moss and resinous pine sop up large yellow grapefruit contingent and tangy orange respite. Ancillary mango, papaya and pineapple tropicalia seep thru.
On tap at Taphouse 15, soft-tongued ‘earthy tropical ambrosia’ leads the way for pleasantly mild ‘citrus meringue.’ Lightly spiced orange-candied lemondrop souring and ancillary mango-passionfruit-pineapple-papaya thrust secured by resinous pine-oiled pale malting.
On tap at Ambulance, tart lemon meringue creaming and sly mandarin orange tang rival mango-skinned passionfruit, guava, kiwi, pineapple and melon rind souring for easygoing IPA (with thick yellow-hazed turbidity). Mild white wheat/ oats spine contrasts grassy hop astringency beneath the surface.
On tap at Ambulance, tropical Nelson Sauvin hops bring zesty white grapefruit, dry white grape, tart gooseberry and pickled melon rind to fruition over stylishly resinous pine-needled bittering. Mild oats base softens its mouthfeel as teasing mandarin orange, tangerine and tangelo notions linger lightly behind the mix.
On tap at Ambulance, refreshingly soft-toned moderation brings zestful lemony yellow grapefruit tang and spritzy mandarin orange dalliance to the fore alongside peppery hop pining. In the backdrop, pineapple, mango and peach illusions join the fold above sweetly spiced crystal malting.
Easygoing, soft-textured IPA with bittersweet citrus-candied tartness gains resinous pine serenity and salted herbal restraint as mild grassy hop astringency advances. Stabilized orange-peeled lemon zesting picks up lightly soured pineapple, mango and papaya tropicalia, but the finish drops out quickly.
On tap at Ambulance, mannered ‘hazy New England-styled India Pale Ale’ allows mild lemony grapefruit bittering to sharpen pine-sapped floral aspect above sugary pale malting. Beneath the surface, honeyed peach, grilled pineapple, grilled mango and nectarine illusions contrast overriding citric pining.
On tap at Morris Tap & Grill, juicy citrus hop profile and syrupy crystal malt sugaring lead the way for hazy New England-styled IPA. Bright grapefruit, orange and lemon tang gains floral respite for zesty moderate-medium body.
On tap at Beef Trust, hazy New England-styled IPA utilizes muskily hop-oiled sour fruiting to set the stage as waxy floral citrus tones spread above dry pale malts. Guava-soured grapefruit rind and orange pith bittering contrasts less prominent pineapple, peach, mango, lychee and papaya tanginess to its tart lemondrop finish.
Nicely re-creating super-sticky skunked weed with its piney ganja resin and dank hemp pungency, briskly clean dry-hopped India Pale Ale also regales lemony orange-peeled grapefruit rind bittering and dainty peach-pineapple-tangerine tanginess with pink peppercorn flourishes. Wispy tarragon, dandelion and carnation snips flutter. A fine strain.
