Dry floral perfumed citrus zing gains mild piney hop astringency while pale malt sugaring falls flat. Zesty yellow grapefruit, orange peel and pineapple tanginess could be upped.
On tap at Ambulance, crisply dry West Coast-styled IPA retains semi-sharp citrus hop bite, mild resinous pine varnishing and light floral perfuming over pilsnered barley malts.
