Since 2018, well-known Polish brewer has made these blandly dry India Pale Ales. Wavering fruited spicing, shuttered piney bittering, gluey cardboard malts, spoiled herbage and minimal body put this closer to a boringly misguided pale ale.

Efficient small-batch ’23 IPA retains soothingly soft-toned orange blossom honeyed citrus zing to counter musky dark-roast hop bittering. At the midst, dry pine-toned grapefruit and orange rind bittering contrasts pineapple-candied peach tang above caramel malt base.
Sessionable moderate bodied IPA brings floral-spiced fruited tropicalia to the fore as tidy orange-peeled pineapple zesting, mild yellow grapefruit bittering and peachy mango tang gallop thru honeyed malt base. Delicate piney hop bittering detected latently.
On tap at Triton, sharp piney citrus hop spicing induced by Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Columbus, and Chinook varietal provides lightly embittered yellow grapefruit, orange rind and pineapple zesting plus ancillary peach-tangerine-mango tang above sugary pale malt surface. Slight herbal licks sneak thru mowed grass astringency beneath the surface.
Easygoing beige yellow-cleared tropical fruit dry body places juicy pineapple, green mango and passionfruit tartness at the fore alongside salted lemony grapefruit zesting and distant kiwi-guava snips. But its light hop pining and passive white bread base are silenced.
On tap at Kitchen & Beer Bar, dry yellow grapefruit and orange rind bittering consumes piney interior, pumpernickel breaded rye malting and mild dark-roast hop pungency of grainier IPA.
On tap at Ambulance, soft ‘hop-forward’ double dry-hopped IPA retains sour lemon herbage and salty yellow grapefruit bittering contrasted by lemon verbena sweetness, picking up lemongrass, herbal tea and floral illusions.
On tap at Growlers To Go – Kitty Hawk, approachable moderate-bodied IPA gathers sunny orange peeled grapefruit tang, lemony herbage and resinous pine for dry pale malting. Stylishly pleasurable but unassuming.
Smoothly sharp pine-toned citrus spree gathers bitter lemon-limed yellow grapefruit and orange rind dryness to contrast juicy pineapple, mango and guava tanginess. Dank pine hop musk keeps persistent bitterness rallying.
On tap at Triton – Long Beach Island, dry IPA brings slightly pungent West Coast-styled piney grapefruit and orange rind bittering to peachy Aussie-hopped guava, passionfruit and papaya tartness over buttery pale malting.
Dry West Coast-styled IPA lets sunshiny Citra-Mosaic-hopped grapefruit-peeled orange tang sidle moderate Simcoe-hopped piney herbage, retaining slight grassy astringency for dry pale-malted medium body. Brisk semi-sharp citrus bittering gains ancillary pineapple, mango and guava tropicalia.
On tap at Seven Lakes Station, lemony Zamba/ Meridian hop blend heightened by ultra-dry wood tones saturating abrupt yellow grapefruit rind bittering and floral cologne musk. Not unlike some early ’90s citrus-pined West Coast IPA’s.
