Yogurt-soured woodruff syruping gains vinous white wine tannins at the mouth puckering dragonfruit-passionfruit-addled finish.

On tap at Seven Lakes Station, dry stylistic offshoot loses coconut-flaked banana, bubblegum and clove influx to lemony zestfulness above maize-like wheat malting. A tad underwhelming.

On tap at Ambulance, creamy chocolate milkshake-derived stout allows Peter Pan donut influence to affect mild cascabel peppering and milder walnut adjunct. Toffee-spiced vanilla sweetness and dried cherry snips further sweeten milk chocolate richness.

On tap at Ambulance, fine collaboration with LIC Beer Project puts mildly acidic passionfruit sourness and brisk lemony guava-kumquat tartness ahead of dextrin-like pilsner malts. Dry herb-tinged barnyard backdrop soaks up sweet ‘n sour tropical fruiting towards the finish.
J. WAKEFIELD / AGAINST THE GRAIN JAMAICAN ME SWAYZE
On tap at Ambulance, boundary-defying smoked sour Berliner Weiss (collaboration with Against The Grain) renders peat-smoked Band-Aid-like astringency to tart Jamaican pimento-wooded peach and plum adjuncts, picking up salty lemon-limed pucker at the mildly acidic wood-dried sour fruited finish. Dry plum wine fanatics take note.
