Crisply clean moderate-to-medium body sizable IPA audience will enjoy.

On tap at The Oath, “smooth” pale ale stays light as zestful lemony grapefruit spicing gains muted hop bittering and wispy floral aspect above sourdough malting. A tad soapy at the citric finish, but stylistically on the mark.

Delicate lemony orange-peeled grapefruit tang gains mild pine resin and herbal hop resilience in soft-toned fashion for brisk copper-hazed medium body, staying crisp and clean. Tertiary sugar-spiced pineapple, tangerine, peach and mango illusions flutter.

On tap at Sogo, soft well-watered crisping envelops lemon-rotted grapefruit rind bittering and sweet orange-spiced spritz over earthen barnyard acridity. Tart guava, passionfruit and melon subsidies gain herbal respite at rustic finish.
LONG TRAIL BARREL-AGED UNEARTHED STOUT
Syrupy maple molasses creaminess and caramelized chocolate nuttiness aid whiskey-dried Heaven Hill Kentucky bourbon barrel aging of lusciously complex limited edition 2016 stout (in a bottle). Beneath the surface, fudged brownie, vanilla, espresso and toffee illusions gain tannic oaken vanilla souring – but not at the expense of its sweet bourbon chocolate attributes.
LONG TRAIL FARM HOUSE AMERICAN IPA
“Bold” tropical-fruited bitter lets sweet floral waft contrast sharp hop-oiled pungency, resinous pine sapping and green tea herbage. Lemony grapefruit-peeled orange pith bittering rises up against tangy pineapple-mango-peach-nectarine juicing, settling above brisk wildflower-honeyed sinew. Outstanding for hardened hop-heads.
