On tap at Growler & Gill, chameleonic fruited sour re-creates a yogurt-milked strawberry and raspberry parfait sprinkled with candied granola maple glaze. At the midst, slight caramel syruping sweetens lemon-creamed vanilla custard stead and mild toasted cinnamon sugaring. Its finish picks up passionfruit-guava souring to abet tart berry continuance. Not sure it’s integrated perfectly, but recommended to parfait dessert lovers.

But it’s the Hershey’s Kiss-like milk chocolate sugaring that endures over the honeyed Graham Cracker spine of richly decadent stout. Wispy bourbon vanilla and sweet burgundy swipes try to indulge luscious chocolate dessert treasure.
