OAKFLOWER LEAP BEER QUADRUPLE IPA
On tap at Taphouse 15, Leap Year celebrator’s a dry-hopped, hazy beige yellowed IPA/quad blend marching orange-peeled grapefruit, pineapple and papaya tanginess thru mossy quad-like cellared fungi then picking up soured lemon rot spot. Strangely, 12% ABV stays calm in zestful Citra-Nelson hop mix.
OAKFLOWER HAMLIN WEST COAST IPA
On tap at Taphouse 15, sunburst lemony grapefruit tang and zesty orange peel briskness rally alongside grassy hop astringency above sugary pale malt bottom of tropical West Coast-styled IPA.
OAKFLOWER LUMIA
On tap at Taphouse 15, understatedly effervescent NEIPA lacks fruity range of most stylish competition. Lemony orange and tangerine spritz stays spry but subtropic New Zealand hop influence fails to surface and wheated oat creaming falters. Mild citrus continuance picks up light herbage and minty pine needling.
OAKFLOWER RING 2 PALE ALE
On tap at Taphouse 15, dry-hopped pale ale utilizes IPA-related Mosaic-Nelson-Simcoe hop conflux to forward freshly squeezed orange juicing, salted pineapple tang white grapefruit bittering and mild peach sweetness above buttery oated wheat.
OAKFLOWER STATION KOLSCH
On tap at Taphouse 15, dry straw-yellowed light body stays too subtle as slightly soured champagne-sparkled green grape tannins seep into grassy hop stead at washed-out pilsner malt base. Suited to mellower sessionable thirsts.
OAKFLOWER MONEY TREE
On tap at Taphouse 15, ‘aggressively dry-hopped’ New England IPA collab with new Morris Plains brewery, Autodidact, puts lemony orange peeled peach and pineapple tang across light vegetal herbage and atop buttery pale malts. Lacks stylish oats-creamed sour yogurt dimension.
