On tap at Growler & Gill, ‘pillowy’ moderation brings sunshiny grapefruit bittering to sharp citrus hop briskness, dank pine resin and grassy astringency above oats-sugared pale malts. Mildly spiced tangerine, orange, pineapple and mango tang gains slight vodka nip at juicy tropical finish.
On tap at Taphouse 15, tropical fruited orange-hazed NEIPA lets yogurt-soured gooseberry, guava and passionfruit tartness pervade orange-juiced pineapple, grapefruit and lemon spritz above sedate oats-flaked pilsner malting, leaving piney residue on the fruitful ethanol-fueled (9.3% ABV) finish.
