Mellow canned stout with frothily velvet eclair head and jet black body plies bittersweet dark-roasted Sumatran and Indian Monsoon Malabar coffee to black-peppered dark chocolate malting and mild vanilla-espresso-cocoa conflux. Mild clean water flow allows delicate mocha theme to softly prosper as latent ashen nuttiness surges. On tap at Beef Trust, polite coffee creaming gains black chocolate, milked espresso and charred nut illusions.

SAMUEL ADAMS HOPSCAPE WHEAT ALE
Basically a wintry West Coast-styled IPA with a pale wheat ale bent. Moderated pineapple, grapefruit and orange fruiting picks up zesty lemon spritz enhanced by piney remnant above grainy wheat breading.
SAMUEL ADAMS OCTOBERFEST – 2016
Satisfactory 2016 version soaks orange-oiled lemon souring and sweet-spiced red cherry undertones into crisp leafy hop setting and minor gourd earthiness.
SAMUEL ADAMS WHITE CHRISTMAS – 2016
‘Hazy, crisp and bright’ gold-hued Xmas ale lacks full-blown seasonal resolve, becoming slightly arid by the citric-spiced finish. Refreshing orange-peeled lemon zest sparks ginger-minted cinnamon and nutmeg spicing as well as dainty currant and juniper illusions above meager wheat-dried pale malting.
SAMUEL ADAMS WHITE CHRISTMAS – 2015
Festive white ale “brewed with spices” circa 2015 brings dry hop linger to sweet orange-peeled cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger seasoning as well as lemony banana tartness, but overt carbolic fizz gets in the way of true fruit-spiced holiday splendor. Perhaps heightened sugarplum, coriander and clove illusions would sweeten the pot and block out some fizz.
SAMUEL ADAMS CHERRY WHEAT
Sourly juicy Bing cherry thrust and sweet grenadine tingle prevail over carbolic soda-like sugaring to cracked wheat spine. Floral red grape wisp, recessive lemony orange tang, and lithe mulberry illusions add further summertime luster to superb fruit beer. Beats cherry wine. A fine malt beverage Dr. Pepper fans will appreciate.
