Honeyed peach, fig and raisin luster gains rummy banana daiquiri sweetness along with dried cherry, red grape, orange marmalade, honeydew and white-peppered Chardonnay illusions. A fruitily caramelized tripel with chewy viscosity and whiskey-stained alcohol finish that’s perfect as a rich dessert treat.

On tap at Julian’s, opulent Belgian quad with sweet whiskey barrel-matured candi-sugaring and mighty 10.5% ABV warmth receives chewy caramel, toffee and vanilla creaming. Syrupy bourbon, white rum and sherry subtleties share space alongside red cherry, peach, candied orange, pink grapefruit, bruised orange, banana and sugarplum illusions at the whiskey-daubed fruitful finish. In the bottle, dewy Scotch whiskey sweetness gains dried fig nicety, molasses candied toffee sugaring, maple walnut snicker and mild truffle earthiness over vanilla-creamed brown chocolate bottom.
